Ingredients for making pumpkin broth with dried meat and curd:

800 grams of cut pumpkin (without skin)

 400 grams of dried meat

 1 medium onion diced

 2 chopped garlic cloves

1 minced girl's finger pepper (optional)

 4 tablespoons of cream cheese

 2 tablespoons of olive oil

salt, black pepper and smoked paprika (to taste)

 green smell (to taste)

 French toast to accompany (optional)

How to make pumpkin broth with dried meat and curd:

First, cut the desalted dried meat into pieces and cook it in the pressure cooker for 25 minutes from the moment the pressure starts.

Tip: To desalt the dried meat, let it soak in water for 1 day, changing the water 3 to 4 times or put it in boiling water, repeating the process about 3 times.

After cooling, shred the dried meat and set it aside.

Cook the pumpkin in pieces, in the same water used to cook the jerky, for 8 minutes in the pressure cooker, counting from the beginning of the pressure.

After warming a little, beat the pumpkin together with 300 ml of the cooking broth in a blender. Set this broth aside.

In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil and saute the onion for a few minutes. Then add the minced garlic and minced chili pepper. Add the shredded jerky and saute some more.

Add the pumpkin broth to the stir-fry, mixing well. Season with salt, black pepper and smoked paprika. Cook over low heat for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Turn off the heat and add the cream cheese to the broth, mixing until smooth and creamy.

Add the chopped green scent and cover the pan so that the green scent softens a little with the heat of the broth and releases its aroma.

Ready! Your pumpkin broth with jerky and curd is ready to be enjoyed! If you like, serve it with toast and, to give it a little extra touch, sprinkle freshly grated cheese. It will be wonderful, bon appetit!
